What you should know before buying a table flag!

What’s the size of the table flag?

The size of our table flag is 25 x 15 cm.

When will you get your ordered flag?

• If you see a green sign beside the product it means that it is on stock so you will have within 3 working days counting from the date of order.
• If you see a red sign beside the product it means that it is out of stock so the postman would carry your product 8 working days later weekday between 8:00-17:00.
• In that case if the delivery fails the colleagues of the Courier get in touch with you on that phone number which you needed to give us at the registration and you have the chance to make an agreement about other delivery.

How can you pay?

At cash on delivery you have to pay to the courier at the acceptance of the product.
If you pay by credit card you can do this via OTP-system.


What happen if the ordered product is damaged?

If the ordered product is faulty, possibly damaged during the transportation and then Corrad Design Ltd. will replace it free of charge. In that case if you don’t want to choose this option we pay back the price of the product.

Do I get guarantee for the flags?

Yes, you get half a year guarantee for the flags.

What happen if you are not satisfied with your table flag?

You have the right to disclaim from purchasing without giving any reason within 8 days counting from receipt of the ordered product. In this case Corrad Design Ltd. is obliged to refund the price of purchase of the ordered product at the latest desistance or return the product within 30 days. The refund doesn’t cover the transportation costs and the costs of returning the products shall be borne by the Purchaser. The repayment is possible of course for only unopened, undamaged products.
